1. Data We Collect

We collect: account registration details (email, company name), uploaded catalogue content (images, PDFs), subscription and payment records, and basic usage analytics (page views, barcode tool usage).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the QR M31 service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g. subscription confirmations), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each provider has its own privacy policy. Your content is stored in Supabase Storage on servers within supported regions.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account closure. Uploaded content may be deleted immediately upon account closure at your request.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Requests will be handled within 30 days.
