Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

QR M31 (qr.m31.app) is an e-catalogue and QR code publishing platform operated by SABOO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Subscription

A free trial plan is available for one (1) month per account. Paid plans are billed annually. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the paid term and do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise.

3. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant QR M31 a limited licence to store and serve your content. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

4. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QR M31 is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pathum Thani Province.
